Positive Intervention
Equip your whole school staff with the knowledge and skills required to effectively support children's social and emotional well-being. This course allows staff to support children who may display challenging behaviour, covering a range of de-escalation techniques as well as restrictive physical interventions to keep children safe. It also importantly covers government guidance for the use of force in schools.

Trauma Informed Practice
Develop your school into a Trauma Informed setting, allowing all staff to understand and work together to support children who have faced adverse childhood experiences. Nearly half of all UK children have been exposed to at least one Adverse Childhood Experience. This course prioritises the emotional and psychological well-being of children, acknowledging that trauma can have a profound and lasting impact on behaviour, learning, and development.
